Last updated: 5/4/2020

Prerequisites:

  • Login credentials for MapGeo Console

  • Shared Markup enabled in MapGeo Console

When a Markup is created, login users have the option to share out the Markup to other users. If you have login access to MapGeo, you are able to access shared Markup from other login users.

To access shared Markup, start on the main Map view on MapGeo:

  • Log in to your MapGeo account by clicking on the “Sign In” button in the bottom left corner and enter your credentials.

  • Once logged in, click on the “My Account” button that will be in the same position on the bottom left that the “Sign In” button was in.

  • Select the “Saves” tab from the menu that pops up.

  • The “Saves” tab will have all of your personal Markups and those shared out with other internal users, from here you can access any Markup by clicking on the “View” option in the “Link” column.

Tips and Tricks

  • You must be logged in to access shared Markup.

  • The list of shared Markup includes information about the number of views and when it was last accessed. This functionality is helpful if you want to confirm that others have viewed your Markup.

  • The shared Markup will not display the user who created the Markup.
