Prerequisites
Access to the MapGeo Console
Process:
Navigate to the General Map settings by selecting Edit Dataset on the Home screen. Then select the General Tab from the Map menu.
Change the selection color by opening the Color dropdown menu and selecting the desired color. The default selection color is a light blue that can sometimes be difficult to see when creating a printable map using Aerial Imagery as a basemap. We recommend choosing a slightly orange color to stand out against the default yellow parcel outlines on Aerial imagery themes. The Selection color can be changed for each Data View on your site.

Confirm the selection color is distinct on all basemaps in use on the site.
